Expectations

What is required

This is not passive content consumption. Results depend on engagement and application. Compliance without understanding is not the goal.

  • Willingness to follow the structure consistently
  • Openness to observing eating behaviours and habits
  • Accountability for daily implementation
  • Eating regular meals and prioritising protein
  • Avoiding skipping meals
  • Implementing post-meal movement
  • Observing behavioural patterns honestly

"Application is the goal. Not compliance."

The program provides the framework, the knowledge, and the support. What participants bring is commitment, consistency, and honest self-observation.

This is why the program works. Not because of restriction — because of understanding.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this a diet program?
No. The focus is on education, structure, and awareness rather than restriction or calorie tracking.
Will I receive meal plans?
You will receive guidelines and examples. The intention is to build autonomy, not dependency.
I work full time. Is this manageable?
Yes. The structure is designed to integrate into real life.
I travel a lot. Does this still work?
Absolutely. Part of the program teaches you how to eat mindfully wherever you are.
I am pregnant. Should I wait?
We prefer you join after delivery.
I am breastfeeding. Is this safe?
Absolutely. The program will help stabilize your hormones to avoid crashes.
I am diabetic. Is this suitable?
Absolutely. You will learn how to control your blood sugar levels better and ideally drop your HbA1c.
I have IBS, SIBO, or GERD.
This program is designed for exactly these conditions.
I don't eat much protein. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. You will be taught how to gradually increase your intake without upsetting your stomach.
I am vegetarian. Can I still join?
Yes. Please notify Joud so adjustments can be made where needed.
I don't want to lose weight. Is this still for me?
Yes. The program is designed to balance hormones and reduce inflammation. Weight loss is a by-product — not the goal.
I am menopausal. Is this relevant?
Absolutely. You will be working on many hormones beyond just sex hormones.
I have an eating disorder. Is this appropriate?
Absolutely. The program teaches you to regain control of your eating habits and remove the fear around food groups.

The work in practice

"

I'm down 4.2kg total. I love this program. I'm always full and I don't feel hungry, I don't even snack. My skin is so much better than it used to be. Even my nails — they used to break every week, now they last.

Really happy about my HbA1c dropping from 5.5 (on Glucophage) to 5.2 — without Glucophage.

I've never travelled and held myself with food before. I'm in Greece with my family and I'm the only one eating grilled fish and salads. Everyone keeps telling me how good I look. And after eating I'm full — I'm not craving the fried food I'd usually eat while travelling.
