The Journey
Age 4
Joud joined the National Jordanian Gymnastics team at age four, competing for eight years before moving into basketball with Al Jazeera and The Orthodox Clubs.
Age 22
A cancer diagnosis at 22 reshaped everything. Five months of chemotherapy and a month of radiation. Through all of it, movement and nutrition became the foundation of her recovery — not punishment, but support.
2013
Joud left the corporate world and opened Inhale — a women-focused boutique fitness studio in Amman — with 35 founding clients. By 2019, Inhale had grown to serve 380 women.
Today
Joud now integrates mindful eating, functional nutrition, hormonal awareness, and strength-based movement into one cohesive system for women who want to understand their bodies, not override them.
"After cancer, I stopped treating the body as something to control. I started learning how to listen to it."
The cancer diagnosis at 22 forced a complete re-evaluation. Joud moved away from performance-driven fitness and rigid dietary control — toward understanding the body as an adaptive system that responds to care, not force.
This experience became the philosophical foundation of everything she teaches today. The shift from doing more to understanding better.
Work with JoudCore beliefs
Health cannot be forced through extremes.Restriction, punishment, and rigid rules produce short-term results and long-term damage.
The body responds to consistency, not intensity.Sustainable change is built through structure and repetition, not overhaul.
Understanding physiology creates lasting change. When you understand why your body responds the way it does, you stop fighting it.
Cravings, fatigue, and plateaus are feedback. The body communicates constantly. The work is learning to listen and interpret — not override.
How Joud Works
Every program starts with observation. Understanding your current patterns, signals, and responses before changing anything.
The programs provide a clear framework — but flexibility within it. Rules create anxiety. Structure creates clarity.
Nutrition, hormones, movement, and sleep are not separate categories. They are one interconnected system. The work addresses all of them together.
Areas of Focus
Each area is addressed not in isolation — but as part of a connected approach to how the body actually functions.
