Is this a diet program?
No. The focus is on education, structure, and awareness rather than restriction or calorie tracking. The goal is to understand how your body responds to food — not to follow rigid rules.
What is the difference between the Group Program and 1:1?
The Group Program follows a shared framework with cohort-based accountability, live Zoom sessions, and a community structure. 1:1 work is fully personalised — your intake history, physiology, lifestyle, and goals are assessed individually and the approach is built around you specifically.
Will I receive meal plans?
You will receive guidelines and examples. The intention is to build your own understanding and autonomy — not to create a dependency on a plan.
Is this suitable if I work full time?
Yes. The structure is designed to integrate into real life. The Group Program includes live Zoom sessions on Mondays at 8:15pm Amman time, with pre-recorded content you can watch at your own pace before each session.
Is there a self-paced option?
Yes. A self-paced version of the program is in development. You can join the waitlist or check back on the Self-Paced Program page.
What results should I expect?
Results vary based on adherence, lifestyle, and starting point. Success is measured by improved energy, stabilized eating patterns, and increased awareness of how your body functions. Weight loss, improved lab markers, and reduced symptoms are common outcomes — but they are by-products of the process, not the primary goal.
How long is the Group Program?
5 weeks. The cohort starts with an optional 2-day detox plan, then the full group begins the Mindful guidelines together from day three.
How are the sessions delivered?
Each week includes a mandatory pre-recorded educational video to watch before the live session, followed by a live Zoom call on Mondays at 8:15pm Amman time. There are 4 live Zoom sessions in total. A WhatsApp group provides ongoing support between sessions.
What does the program include?
A 5-week nutrition guideline based on your hormonal cycle, mindful recipes, cycle-based fat loss guidance, travel tips, personal access to Joud, workout videos, and live Zoom sessions. Seed cycle guidance is also included.
Are there refunds?
No. All program fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else or to a future cohort?
No. Spots are non-transferable between individuals and cannot be moved to a future cohort.
I travel a lot. Does this still work?
Absolutely. Part of the program specifically teaches you how to eat mindfully while travelling.
I am pregnant. Should I wait?
We prefer you join after delivery.
I am breastfeeding. Is this safe?
Absolutely. The program will help stabilize your hormones to avoid energy crashes.
I am diabetic.
Absolutely suitable. You will learn how to better control blood sugar levels and ideally lower your HbA1c.
I have IBS, SIBO, or GERD.
This program is designed for these conditions. Digestive issues are one of the most common reasons women join.
I don't eat much protein. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. You will be taught how to gradually increase your protein intake without upsetting your digestive system.
I am a vegetarian.
Yes. Please notify Joud during registration so adjustments can be made where needed.
I don't eat fish or meat.
Yes. The key is diversifying your protein sources. This can be worked around.
I don't cook at home.
Yes. You will need to identify a clean place to order from. The WhatsApp group community can help with recommendations.
I don't want to lose weight.
The program is designed to balance hormones and reduce inflammation. Weight loss is a by-product — not the goal. If your aim is hormonal health, energy, and awareness, this is the right place.
I am menopausal.
Absolutely. The program addresses many hormones beyond just sex hormones, making it highly relevant for menopausal and peri-menopausal women.
I have an eating disorder.
Absolutely. The program teaches you to reconnect with food without fear, regain control of eating habits, and remove the anxiety around food groups. The 1:1 format may be more appropriate depending on your situation.
I have hormonal imbalances.
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons women seek both the Group Program and 1:1 support. Hormonal awareness is central to the entire framework.
How does the 1:1 process work?
You start with a detailed intake questionnaire, followed by a 60-minute Deep Dive Session (JD 100). From there, you select a follow-up package based on your goals and needs. Adjustments are made based on your real-time feedback throughout the process.
Is this medical treatment?
No. This is educational and lifestyle-based support. Joud works alongside doctors when appropriate.
How often do we meet?
Frequency depends on the selected package and is discussed during the Discovery Call.
Who is 1:1 work for?
Those who need individualised support beyond what a group setting can offer. If you have complex hormonal issues, a medical history that requires customisation, or have tried group programs and need a more tailored approach, 1:1 is the right option.
Important Note
Results vary based on adherence, lifestyle, and individual starting point. This program is not a substitute for medical advice. Joud works alongside healthcare providers when appropriate.
Success is measured by improved energy, stabilised eating patterns, and increased awareness of how the body functions — not by a number on a scale.
